Pulled a muscle!

Friday night i went to wok out w/ Amanda and we had some fun! The next morning I turned my head just right to pulll a muscle in my neck. I went to the hospital and they gave me some muscle relaxers. I can turn my head a lil more this morning but it still hurts alot. Why am I the only one who is always in pain or sick? Oh well I'll get used to it! I
