WW week 7

:( I'm so disappointed, I only lost 0.5lb this week :( I didn't even eat that badly. I know that I haven't been perfect this week, not even close, but I didn't think that I had done that bad. I know that I still lost and that's a good thing, but only 0.5lb? I was counting on losing at least 2 more before Christmas, so that I could just eat ( Read more... )

Congrats on how wonderfully you've done so far. Don't get down for only losing 1/2 lb, that's still great. Using the extra flex points for the week will make the eating more enjoyable, but the weight loss is a lot slower. You're doing so great. You've inspired me to get back on the weight loss train :) I'll be joining you in January. I usually try to do it with just my allocated daily points so I can melt away pounds, but after being bad for so long it'll be tough to eat only 20 points a day. I'm here to support you whenever you need, and never ever get discouraged for succeeding :) Love you!

Thing is that I've been using my allocated and flex all this time, and losing weight ta boot. I think that this week it's the water weight gain from that nassty aunt flow! :P

I gain weight for about three days before my period, and lose it about two days in, yes. Totally normal.

I can gain up to three pounds in the days before.

Dont be hard on yourself. Your scale is going in the right direction, missy!!
