Didn't I tell you that, you silly girl. :P *hugs* If you don't eat the minimum of your alotted points your body goes into like hibernation mode and stores fat cells... aka... gain weight. ;)
This happened to another friend of mine a lot on WW too and they always yelled at her because she would end up getting to busy to eat all her points. :(
I am glad you are sticking with it and I'm rooting for you! *hugs*
FYI: I started WW again, myself this past week. Will weigh in Sunday. But surprisingly this time has ben going really easy so far. I haven't been that hungry, and found all the things I have been eating are ok in points. I just need to stop eating out so bloody much! That is my total downfall. lol
Trust me, I know all about starvation mode and fat storage and such. But I also know that my metabolism is *MUCH* slower than most. I mean, look at Melissa/Mother. She can only eat 800 cals a day to lose, which, in my book, is way too few, but it's all that works for her.
I'm going to see how it goes, if I gain on the 26, I'm going to 22. We'll see...it's all about experimentation.
If you want to come over to my place I will breathe on you, maybe infect you with my sinus/ear infections. That plus the stomach-turning-inside-out reaction to my antibiotics (and the inability to keep down food) actually lost me about 10 lbs. The only highlight of being horribly sick and missing a week of work for something decidedly unfun. :-( But there has to be a silver lining right? :-P
Man! My silver lining is disappearing. Now that I can eat solid food again (just a bit) but still am not well enough to work out, I've already gained back 3 lbs. :-( Stupid germs!
*lol* I was going to tell you that losing weight while you are sick is not so good. Most of it is from dehydration, and the rest is just because you haven't been able to eat. You usually gain that back the quickest of all. ****snuggles**** Thanks for the encouragement, though, girlie! :)
