WW Update Week 21.

Gained my 0.6lb back that I lost last week, eating better!!! Last week, I went over by 15 pts and still lost. This week? Not over. And I gained. I'm so bloody frusterated, and it seems that no matter what I do, I gain back whatever I lose beyond the first 10. *sigh* I'm just at another impass. your gain this week is probably due to the 15 points you went over last week. my leaders have always told us that there's a week delay. The program works if you follow the program CONSISTENTLY, for several weeks at a time, you will most likely show a consistent loss. But it's hard being consistent and not going over.

Aha. That's what I was thinking. So, what I did the week before I lost the 0.6 is what I need to be doing. I actually mentioned that to Brad (my hubby) that my suspicion was that I gained from the 15 points over the previous week.

How far are you from your weight goal?
I'm trying to keep track...and maybe learn something. Is this the stubborn last 10 or 5 pounds that everyone talks about?

Sadly, no. This isn't even *close* to my weight goal. My goal is to lose at least 50, but I'd like to lose 60. This is me not being able to get past the first 10 lost *sigh*
