Being who you are, hon, I'd guess you've already had your insulin and thyroid levels checked, but if not, jump on that just to make sure that something isn't off.

I understand the weight loss woes; for several months after getting here, I weighed my food, counted my calories, and exercised streneously everyday with absolutely no effects. Now, I eat less stringently but walk several miles everyday, and I've dropped inches, although not many pounds. I'm attempting to follow Bob Greene's The Best Life program because what he says is just good, old-fashioned weight loss information...except he really delves into the "why" behind the thoughts that have led to the weight gain in the first place. We shall see.
