Today I felt pretty much down and worthless. I went for an intake for my new treatment team that is going to take care of me and work and treat my depression. The good news is that I'm back on two medications. one is to keep my moods from going up and down and the other one is keep my anxiety down. Having depression and anxiety sucks big times.. not only does it ruin your life and how you act,but it also has influence on the other people that you love. having depression and anxiety really makes me hate myself. and it makes me feel that who ever i was close to at one piont in my life i'm just separtating from them . I started my community service job today at a senior center, working in the kitchen. Today I went for a job interview in long island city. I passed the the training test.. so i would be able to start training tommrrow. This job was a marketing job with computer and talking to people on the phone, taking surveys. You get the picture!! Anyway.. I'm going through vocational training and that day.. i was tested in math, english etc skills. When I got my results back..
