Movie
Normally National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation wouldn't be the kind of movie I would enjoy but I love Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo in this movie. It's funny as heck and probably one of the best of the National Lampoon movies.
Book
Today's book is actually two books in one. The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus & A Kidnapped Santa Claus is by L. Frank Baum. Yup, the guy who wrote the Oz books and that is the sole reason I put this book up on here without seeing any reviews for this story. It can't be THAT bad. Though I am curious and I'll to see if I can find it iused.

Christmas Cards, Check. Window decorations, Check. Tree Skirt, check. Wreath...uh oh, you don't have a wreath on the door! You can make a more traditional wreath, or maybe have the kids make one for their bedroom door, or maybe you just want a list of different materials to make them with. It's up to you, there's a lot out there.
While those are drying why not make some Snickerdoodles. Now I can't vouch for this recipe (it's not my mom's, which everyone loves) but they are worth a try!

Only 12 more days until the big event (oh god, please go faster... everyone is getting on my last nerve... including myself!), so how about this version of a classic. It might express exactly how you feel (love love love the inlaws part hahahahahaaaa and yes another version of this song, deal with it lol)

Today's fic is one suggested by Madeira_Blue on twitter. "Claus and Effect" by Del Robertson is a wonderful fic that is a crossover between Xena and Voyager. Weird, I know but it works. Enjoy!
