Sometimes having mutual friends with my kids is difficult. I know I'm not responsible for my children's behavior, but I kind of feel that way anyway, so when I hear about their interactions with our friends that would not be my way, I think I should do something (or say something) but I also know I don't need to and should not. Your daughters are the scourge of boys!

And one of them won't stop text messaging me for transmission advice!

Also, did you ever get that stuff put on your van? I never heard from you about that.

i would say you probably shouldn't judge if you don't know both sides of the story, but then again maybe both sides wouldn't want to share personal information with all of the internet. i think these things are personal. personal personal personal. and once your daughters are 20 and 23 (almost) i think you can probably trust that they know what they're doing and are making good decisions, even if you can't witness it. you taught us that when we were 12, and 15, and 17, and now we already know what's right and wrong. so don't worry.
