Patreon

Well I set up a Patreon. I don't know if this is something that is going to turn out to work wonderfully or not, but I'm trying it. I am NOT going to disappear from LJ. I will still post first chapters here, and I still consider LJ my home and this is where I look first for anyone who wants to be a beta reader. However, if you are a reading ( Read more... )

Ah, um. Pony play, yes please. Have you put any of it up anywhere I can take a look first? My tastes are kind of...particular, and while i don't begrudge you money for your art, i don't want to pay for something i just won't read.

If you don't have any anywhere else, that's fine, and i wish you the best of luck. :)

The first pony play goes up tomorrow. The first stuff I"m posting is pretty damn edgy--no non-con but the bondage is non consensual. The two pieces I'm planning are ( ... )

Innnnnnnnnteresting.

So are you posting first chapter here, like you said, or is that fanfic only?

Honestly, they both sound attractive. It's - and i'm seriously not trying to be a pain here, i promise - it's the mechanics of it all where it works for falls apart for me, so...only time will tell, heh.

I write a lot of pony-play stuff, myself, but it's mostly private and it's pretty freakin' hard core, hence why private. So there isn't much that's going to bother me.

I have zero knowledge of how the Paetron (sp?) site works, so i'll be researching a bit.

I appreciate you getting back to me.

No problem. I don't have any part of Pondering Armageddon posted anywhere, but Saddled, the original short story that inspired the Briarwood story is available here: https://lyngala.wordpress.com/2013/10/10/erotica/

That would give you an idea about how I write pony play.

Um, usually, I just buy your books. Is this going to be different material from what you publish? I'm just wondering. Sometimes I miss things, for example I just picked up "Fettered" last Saturday.

Either way, I hope that it works out well!

*hugs*

Mostly will be the same. However, I have some pieces that are a little rougher and closer to edge play. I don’t plan to professionally publish those. So those will only be on the site. Other than that, the site will be a place to get snippets or previews. In some cases, like with the Claimings books, I will probably be publishing chapters of upcoming novels on there. But eventually, that should come together is a book that I can send to the publisher.

Good for you! Now I'll have three authors from Patreon. Please don't be offended if I don't always read. I just like to support authors I admire.
