Five Alive!

Wooot!!I finally have Corel Painter in my grubby little paws and, oh, what fun I'm going to have playing with it. I got back from our staff workshop this afternoon and immediately started fiddling.
The workshop on enneagrams was amazing. It seems I'm a five. Just about everything hold true except I'm not an intellectual or brilliant. Just quietly

It's very similar. Brushes and layers etc but what is different is the various effects you can get with different types of marking things. From crayons and felt tip pens to amazing watercolour brushes and effects designed to make it look as realistic as possible. I'm not quite sure what else I'll do with the program but I've wanted to try it out for ages.

Is this different from Corel Draw?

Yep. Corel Draw is vector/pen tool based as far as I know.
