yeah, in the summer it's cold, but like for the next month or so, it will be between 65 to 70, it's gonna be awesome.

sorry i can't come down to pa, i hope you understand that it's really difficult for me to deal with that situation with jess you know.
but you are more than welsome to coem up, once we fix the upstaris room up in april. you defiantly, definatly should come up this summer, we can go to the beach and stuff.
