Good for you for getting the info and making a complaint! I myself have cut out certain companies from service because of things like that, but never actually called them to tell them. - I'm such a granny driver I'd never catch up to them.

i was actually the most pissed about him flipping me off. it's like don't almost run ME off the road then flip me off. oh no. that's not how we roll.
