Just letting you know, until my rage storm passes, I'm going to be a mean little witch.
I'm sick of being... so nice about everything when frankly, a lot of stuff pisses me off.
First off, I don't consider myself a great artist, but I'm confident enough that I have a little skill and understanding about facial features, poses, anatomy, shading, colour and most importantly, a final appropriate look.
I don't boast, I don't advertise, I don't bitch about other people.

My condolences to ANN for picking a very NEET entry to display on your entry. If it wasn't any other site, I'd agree with you, honestly. The entry that won is really nice. However...
If it didn't fucking clash with every layout you have. Especially my Higurashi one. I honestly wish there was an option to get rid of it. I'm not coming back to the site until it's gone. Because it's really fucking ugly. Also, from a graphical point of view, I honestly can't see the tag line that was required. My vision is horrible. I have to squint to see it.
By the way, as cute as it is, the way that tree is drawn, looks like Nina is going to fall on her spine, probably going to parallelize her and have thousands of glass pieces in her skin. I hope she's okay for next Christmas!

Fuck you SS event. Ya, I didn't spend as much time as I wanted on my entry, but at least I had something for my SS. I can also tell that no one liked it and I knew no one would like it anyway. So why waste my time on people that don't give a shit? And it's also their own fault for giving me shitty references. All sketches, no colours picked out... and I couldn't see half the detail. Thanks.
I knew this would end badly. I was so flattered that I got invited, I said yes.
I knew I'd either get something I didn't like or worse, nothing at all.
Just my luck I suppose.
And that DD business. Enough is said in my journal. I support good art. I know mine is kind of a similar style, but I honestly don't think any of my art is worth a DD. I give props to ones that are and support them. I do not support featured art that has no purpose nor impact.
Alright. Now for something good.
Christmas was alright. Went to my oma and opa's on the 23rd. Went to my boyfriends on the 24th and staying home today because frankly, I'm pooped x.x
Didn't really get much from the family this year. Finally I started getting cash because I'm sure they realize that pjs and bath kits I throw right in the garbage. They are real cop-out gifts. I would have even preferred chocolate.
I got some perfume (which is better than bath kits), but it was the Harajuku ones. At least that has some thought into it. It was from my dad's girlfriend, and knowing the person that she is, this was so nice and thoughtful ;3; I've only met her once... and jeez! It's like she's known me forever.
So adorable~ And it doesn't smell that bad either.
I got cash from my mom, but she did buy me a new laundry hamper which I desperately needed. Plus, she's going to get me a petite coat. If we can find one XD; And we're going fabric shopping tomorrow together~ I love hanging out with my mom. We're so weird buying fabric together. We're making curtains. I want to make bright orange ones to clash with my blue walls. And of course make some clothes for you know who~
My dad is too generous. But this is also my birthday gift which is next month. This was the best thing... Just omg. It shipping within two days. I was so excited on the 24th when I heard I had got a package. I thought is was it... considering it shipped on the 22nd. Dollmore provided all my prefs... I'M SO HAPPY <333 I got the light gray eyes plus the spare eyes were blue. I got the black wig of course (I don't think they had cyan ones XD;;) and they also sent him with some xmas socks and I got a free calender which was just a very nice bonus~It definitely looks waaaay better in real life... they did a fantastic job on the makeup... and just everything. ;___; <3 glad I ordered from them.
Omg... btw, never want to change his eyes again. I'm glad I only needed to change one. I had to be so careful. The hook was in the way and putting it in the same position... and staying while I re-clayed it in... just suicide lol.
I need to change him out of his dress... orz;;;
I think the best part is that he has a penis... LOL Everyone was like, 'Does he have a penis?' 'Well ya, for the price I paid for it.' 'OMG THAT'S AWESOME' ;;; it's just a very epic doll. I want to get an army of them, but then I'd be broke orz;;; I want to buy more Touhou merch first XD Glad amiami got more Touhou plushes in. I pre-ordered Reimu... thinking of getting idiot or Sanae.
But I think the best gift was from my bf. Apparently, there is stuff on the way... which I know one MUST be the yukkuri shirt i want~
He got me JR v11. I was so shocked that he bought it for me. He's just so sweet. I love him so much <3
This was also a very nice thing to wake up to~
I'm glad Pogo is still doing these. Especially of Up. Such a beautiful movie ;3;
