This Year has been pretty up hill since the break up. not so much that it has been hard but it has been a long road to realize that it si all for the better. My family of course is still in the picture but sometimes it is depressing when I have to talk to my mom about how she and my dad are dying slowly and I am the most trusted person that either

All hail the gym! Glad we are back in there, tonite. I've been in a funk during our hiatus. Happy to get back in.
