What first came to mind was a musical. Which... comes to the same thing, really.
But I like power!
Also: so literally speaking, anarchy is simply the lack of government. Yes? And so, every time someone goes with the lesser instinct of exerting control over someone else, they are creating a micro-government that defeats the local anarchy, right? So death and destruction would, by definition, be governance in action? You're defining government simply as one person placing their will over another's, yes?
Thank you, I was hoping this point would be raised. Indeed, which is why, in a true anarchy, committees exerting authority cannot be allowed to do so. More informed citizens should be allowed, nay required to advise the populous to ensure an educated action to every situation, but not to take the situation into their own hands. For example, medics should advise action against pandemics, diplomats should advise foreign negotiation, but the final action must be agreed by the people.
