A lot of the scenes in the film are very close. Kids running their own college and creating the courses they want to take compared to kids creating their own camp and doing the activities they want. Some other similarities in there include having the old "wise" man that helps them played by Lewis Black who poses as the Dean and as a professor and of course Christopher Lloyd in Camp Nowhere. And in Camp Nowhere they spend their camp fees on all the cool toys and stuff and in Accepted they spend all the tuition cash on adding all kinds of cool things to the school including a vert ramp.

Funny you should ask that because there is a post over on the Accepted IMDB board that asks the same thing. They are very similar and both are films I have enjoyed.
