I'm fairly certain that wildebeests act entirely of their own accord, much like penguins have found their way into films.

The Good Shepherd was interesting...though I found some of it a bit odd. Well...mainly just his son.

Night at the Museum was a plesant surprise. I expected nothing and got a couple hours of fun.

What'd you think?

I found most of The Good Shepherd a bit odd. There were some shining moments but, damn, what a long movie (and what a weird son).

I shared your reaction to Night at the Museum. On the subject of movies, all films recently pale next to Children of Men, which is of such cinematic ingenuity I'm increasingly impressed the more I think about it. It's the must-see film this winter.

My plan is to see Children of Men within the week. I've been waiting for it to pop up in a theater within 100 miles. (Boo, limited release!)

Still coming to CA? It's uber fun.

The plan is go to CA after I cash in on my free grad degree, or if I see an amazing employment opportunity that warrants skipping out on the degree altogether...
