2009 Goals

My resolution for this year kind of sounds simple, but doesn't really express the multi-faceted program I'm attempting to improve myself. 
  • Continue to improve health by keeping daily fat intake to <40 grams with goal being 20 grams daily
  • Increase physical health and activity
  • Improve emotional health by practicing gratitude and affirming the positive

Thankfully you can't see me right now...because I am seriously doing the Snoopy Dance to hear about any progress on "When the Evidence Lies."

As for the religion thing, have you considered looking at a non-denominational church? My sister and her husband have had trouble finding something they could agree on until they tried a couple of those churches.

Good luck on the progress and I look forward to hearing more.

joining LosingInTranslation in the happy dance about When the Evidence lies... was just browsing my WIP folder on my laptop and was thinking I should really nudge the author when I came across this post :-)... on all your other goals I can 100% sympathize... I applaud you for being able to do the <40 g fat intake... having a hard time doing that myself so I decided to focus on being more active. As for the going out and enjoy life more, I'm taking the slow fusion way in that, forcing myself to do group things every once in a while where normally I'm a very solitary person.. and then allowing myself my solitary ways the rest of the time I'm enjoying these both more! (not sure if that makes any sense to anybody else but me but I feel better anyway)
