Okay. Here's how I feel about the whole calling him Richard thing. His name is DICK and always will be DICK and it's an integral part of who he is and if this new writer starts calling him Richard in the book, I will be just as unhappy as you about it. But. He hasn't called him Richard in the book yet and I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I have to. There's something very wrong with the world when I don't care even the tinniest bit about reading Nightwing.

Maybe he's calling him Richard with affection. I know I've given lots of characters/friends/whatever nicknames that were really longer than their names. I can never call Tobey Maguire anything but Tobias and my brother's name is Henry but my sister always calls him Juan Henrique. *hopes fervently*

Also I'm pretty sure that new dude is taking over the book after the Ras crossover event so more Dick with Tim!

I've already established a long time ago I'm the worst kind of junkie when it comes to comics, especially the Gotham crowd, so really, there's no doubt in my mind I'll be reading it and trying to get the best out of the experience. I just...have warning bells ringing in my head at the sight of "Richard"

Totally. I'm like a crackhead for comics and I know they've got me for a loooong time so it's really better for my blood pressure if I find ways to be happy with them rather than angry/annoyed. I have lots of warning bells too. The whispers about Final Crisis are terrifying me and make me want to hid under the bed. Please let everything be okay. *clings to you in case of the worst*

Amazons Attack was so Lame. It wasn't even bad enough to hate. Just boring and forgettable. Sinestro Corps is ALJFLAFJDLAJLDAJL. You read #23 right? Where their rings are now able to use lethal force?! I was all HOLY SHIT and that's been my reaction really the entire thing. Just HOLY SHIT!

I actually gave them up for money reasons around the One Year later thing and death of Superboy. But now that there are some new writers coming on I may start back with a few in January!

Excellent. I know a lot of people are really unhappy with DC right now but there are awesome things going on. Blue Beetle for one. JSA and Green Lantern for another. I'm crazy about Grant Morrison's run on Batman so far. And it looks like Teen Titans is going to be good again :)
