Well ,I'm screwed. Mom opened the official transcript and faxed it to UNLV (mu top school) this, of course, means that the transcript is no longer official and, thus, it is worthless. I can't get another because it the deadline is tomorrow and it takes 24 hours for them to print out these stupid pieces of paper. FUCK, why won't people fucking

Oh no can't you get the registrar to fax them a copy directly, or alternately submit an electronic version? Or can't you just plead w/ the registrar to print it out right away since it is an emergency?

things seem to have worked themselves out. mom was able to "reseal" the envelope whatever that means. I sent an email asking them if they could treat the faxed copy as a placeholder. I haven't heard back though. Mom was able to get to the post office with the envelope and send it overnight with tracking and required signature. So, everything should be ok. I hope. I don't really have any control over it. Just hate dealing with this crap since I supposedly took care of this stuff months ago.

I'll keep everyone updated. :o)

I'm glad everything got taken care of. I would have just called the admissions office and cried/tried to explain. And they probably would have hung up on me.
