I'm trying to decide on a goal weight, because it just seems to make things easier. I was originally thinking 160, which would put me at about a size 10, based on the fact that at 195 I was a 16. (185 --> 14, 175 --> 12, 165 -->10) But at 150, I would be smack in the middle of a "healthy" BMI. Plus, it might be interesting to be a size 8 and not
