Sometimes (pretty much all the time) I feel like my mom deserves a way better daughter than what she got stuck with 23 years ago.

I was just feeling like crap because my mom had to bail me out, again, with my bank account. It was totally over drawn. Then before we got off the phone with eachother she was like, "You know, its not like I have a whole lot to go around anymore, Meg.." and it just killed me. She's going through this messy divorce and my step-dad is trying to take all her retirement, half her income, and all this other shit..

I just felt like she deserves a daughter that can take care of herself, ya know? Why should she ALWAYS be the one to bail everyone out. Why the fuck can't someone take care of her once in a while?

I just felt shitty.
