There really is little you could say that would prevent them from giving you the cat, is what I've come to believe over the years. I believe some of the questions are designed to get people to consider the magnitude of the responsibility.  It is so hard to find homes for adult cats. Good luck with Kitkat (not sure if I spelled it correctly.. )

Cats are pretty easy. They sometimes do their own thing and ignor their human owner, but they are very self sufficient and not difficult to care for at all. Just need to feed it and change litter and bring to vet. Can leave along for a few days if needed.

cats are very easy; provide them with food, water, litter, toys, and a lap to climb into.
