How subjective is truth? Because if truth is true, then doesn't that make it universal? Perhaps the biggest question is does this universal truth exist, or is everything determined simply by frame of reference

wow! i went to this summer thing at UVA a few summers back and we had a discussion on the "won't everyone just go to heaven" issue...so interesting...and well put too. our basic consensus was that if everyone truly believed that what religion they practiced was THE only way to achieve success after death, then wouldn't everyone? perhaps even each religion is just a different form of the SAME EXACT IDEALS...for example, christianity's heaven could be the hindu's upward social movement through reincarnation.

okay i'm going to stop this little philosophical train before i get too far down the tracks, but great entry...please keep 'em coming.
