wanna hear something disgusting? I had a sore throat for the past couple days, and i felt like there was something scratching the back of my throat. I thought maybe it was swollen or something. so finally last night i used a hand mirror to take a look. Actually, it's quite common for bits of food to stay tucked behind your tonsels and eventually become dislodged (usually through coughing). Most often, however, it's been there for quite some time, is very hard, bacterial and mucousy, like a little nugget, and not to mention incredibly foul smelling. That is, all of this is according to my brother, who is a doctor, but who still might be making it all up. He's like that. But, that's what he said.

It's common?! Noooooo! It wasn't a pleasant experience. Maybe I'll just give up solid food. How can I make sure stuff doesn't camp out back there? Maybe if I gargle all the time or something.
