Yep, new chapter...I'm just annoyed because livejournal keeps crashing my browswer (Firefox) every time I come to the site so now I'm using IE to come here. I hate using IE, it annoys me. Anyway, enjoy this new chapter of "House of Pullip"! :D
Chapter 236: Good Night
*Zander is still holding Ivy’s hand*
Zander: You are…quiet. Are you okay?
Ivy: I’m just…tired. I should probably go home soon.
Zander: Okay.
Ivy: Thank you, I did have fun.
Zander: Better then last time?
Ivy: Well…yes.
Zander: I’d really like to take you out again…
Ivy: Um…sure.
Zander: I’ll call you.
Ivy: *nods*
Zander: Well…
Ivy: Uh…
*They look at each other silently…Zander is hopeful, Ivy is unsure*
*Ivy pulls away her hand and turns away, Zander gets the hint*
Zander: I’ll call you soon, Ivy.
Ivy: Good night.
Zander: ‘Night.
*Zander watches Ivy walk away feeling slightly disappointed*
Zander: Maybe next time…
*Once she is sure Zander is gone, Ivy sits down, thinking hard*
Ivy: I don’t know what to do…Zander is nice…I like him…but I still like Felix more…but he doesn’t want me…what do I do?
Elsewhere…
*Annike and Lucas are also ending their date*
Annike: Thanks for finally asking me out, Lucas, I had a great time!
Lucas: Sorry I waited so long…
Annike: That’s okay; I wanted to make sure you meant it.
Lucas: I do…you know that, right?
Annike: Yeah, I know.
Lucas: I want to take you out again. I won’t wait so long this time.
Annike: *smiles* I can't wait.
Lucas: Come here, Nika…
*Lucas pulls her into a hug*
Lucas: You don’t know what you mean to me.
Annike: I’m starting to get the idea. And Lucas…you mean a lot to me, too. I don’t know how you found me after all these years, but I’m glad you did.
Lucas: I don’t know how I found you either, it was an accident.
Annike: A good accident.
Lucas: Very good…the best.
Annike: Thanks again, Lucas. Good night.
Lucas: See you soon, Nika. Sleep well.
Annike: *thinking to herself* Lucas…he’s really something…
*Annike turns back and smiles at Lucas, he smiles back*
Lucas: *thinking to himself* She’s perfect…for me.
