Laszlo: Thanks for showing me around.
Paige: No problem, I think you will like it here.
Laszlo: I’m sure I will, I’m not worried about that.
Paige: I should go.
Laszlo: Ah, please don’t leave yet…let’s go get something to eat together…?
Paige: Oh…that’s really nice of you to offer but I’d rather not.
Laszlo: Am I coming on too strong again?
Paige: No…it’s not you…I just don’t want to.
Laszlo: Oh.
Paige: Thank you for the nice walk.
Laszlo: Sure.
Paige: I’ll see you around, I’m sure.
Laszlo: Bye!
*Paige leaves*
Laszlo: I must be doing something wrong…or maybe I just need to keep looking. Well, at least I’ve made some nice friends; I suppose that’s the most important thing.
Elsewhere…
*Ivy and Felix are out on their long awaited second date*
Felix: I’ve missed talking to you.
Ivy: Yeah, me too.
Felix: So, what have you been up to?
Ivy: Oh, nothing really…just working part-time, going to school part-time…same as usual.
Felix: Oh.
Ivy: …
Felix: …
Ivy: What about you?
Felix: Oh, well, I’ve been working on writing music and I think I might be close to selling my first song.
Ivy: Really? That’s great.
Felix: *smiles* Thanks.
Ivy: …
Felix: …
Felix: Well, here we are. I hope you had fun.
Ivy: Yes. *smiles* I’m really glad we finally went. I’m sorry I made you wait so long.
Felix: Hey, don’t apologize for that. I know as well as you do that I deserved it. I hope it’s better now.
Ivy: *nods* It’s much better…
*Ivy looks up hopefully at Felix…Felix knows what she wants, but he isn’t ready to kiss her*
Felix: *looking away a little uncomfortably* Uh…I…I should go.
Ivy: Oh…okay.
Felix: Let’s do this again, please?
Ivy: That would be nice.
Felix: We’ll talk about it more when I see you next time.
*Ivy watches Felix walk away*
Ivy: Darn…but at least he asked me out again…
Meanwhile…
Madison: We should spend more time together like this, Sebastian.
Sebastian: I am busy with Kiki and you with Alex, but I will make more of an effort to see you. You are still an important part of my life.
Madison: I know, you really have been the best brother I could imagine.
Sebastian: That is high praise, thank you.
Madison: Oh my…is that…?
Sebastian: Yes, it appears to be Ronan…with…Sabrina.
Madison: Are they…kissing?
Sebastian: It would seem so.
Sebastian: *mutters* Why, Ronan…why?
Madison: I seriously thought Sabrina had better taste then that. They must be the worst couple I could have ever imagined.
Sebastian: Indeed.

There is no way to know this from the story necessarily but Paige is still carrying around a lot of baggage from her breakup with Sebastian to really be interested in any other man's attentions. Now Laszlo is totally harmless, but Paige doesn't want to give him the wrong idea. As for Felix, well he's still having trouble really getting into his relationship with Ivy. He likes her, that is not the problem, he just needs time. To his credit he did ask her out again at the end of this date so he's not leaving Ivy wondering again. The funny thing about Sebastian and Madison is that neither of them are thrilled about Sabrina and Ronan's new relationship but for different reasons...Sebastian doesn't think Sabrina is good enough for Ronan and Madison doesn't think Ronan is good enough for Sabrina. :P
