This is late because it has been a busy day...but I did get it up! Please enjoy this new chapter of "House of Pullip". :D
Chapter 312: Another Meeting
*Taryn arrives at work the day after her date with Felix*
Kiki: Good morning!
Taryn: Hi… *tries not to smile too big*
Kiki: So…how was your date?
*Taryn laughs a little*
Kiki: I hope this means it went well.
Taryn: Kiki, it was wonderful! I really, really have a good feeling about this guy. We just…click, you know?
Kiki: Tell me all about it.
Taryn: Well, we went to dinner and we were supposed to go to a movie but we were talking…we talked so much we missed the movie and were still talking when the restaurant closed. I think our waiter was thrilled when we finally left. That’s really it, but that’s my favorite kind of date. We got to know each other really well. We talked about our families and growing up and the kinds of things we want to do and be…it was just really nice.
Kiki: Sounds like it. Did he…you know…kiss you goodnight?
Taryn: *teases* You want me kiss and tell?
Kiki: I guess not…but I still want to know.
Taryn: Well, no he didn’t kiss me. I kind of wanted him to, but then again, it was just our first date so…
Kiki: Maybe next time?
Taryn: Oh, yes! He did already ask me out again so at least I know for sure there will be a next time. And he did hold my hand all night…the whole time at the restaurant. It was really sweet. *smiles*
Kiki: I’m happy for you, Taryn.
Elsewhere…
Laszlo: Hey, Ivy!
Ivy: Oh…hi…you remembered my name.
Laszlo: The hair is a tip.
Ivy: Laszlo, right?
Laszlo: *smiles* That’s right.
Ivy: Well, I like your purple hair.
Laszlo: Thanks!
Laszlo: So, what’s up?
Ivy: *shrugs* Nothing really. I just got off work. My closest friend just started seeing someone so I don’t really have anyone to hang around with anymore.
Laszlo: You don’t want to be a third wheel, huh?
Ivy: Exactly.
Laszlo: So what do you do?
Ivy: I’m a model part-time and go to school part-time. How about you?
Laszlo: I’m a sky diving instructor.
Ivy: Oh…wow…that’s different.
Laszlo: It’s great fun.
Ivy: I’m not sure I’d think it’s fun.
Laszlo: Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it.
Ivy: Good point.
*A breeze blow by, Ivy shivers*
Laszlo: What’s the matter?
Ivy: I just got a little cold.
Laszlo: Here, put this on… *he removes his scarf and gives it to Ivy*
Ivy: What about you?
Laszlo: I’m fine; just keep that on until you get inside. You can give it back to me later.
Ivy: *blushes* Thank you.
Laszlo: No problem.
Ivy: I should go inside.
Laszlo: Yeah, it’s getting colder.
Ivy: Thanks again, I’ll get this back to you as soon as I can.
Laszlo: No rush.
*Ivy starts to walk away*
Laszlo: Hey, Ivy?
Ivy: Yeah?
Laszlo: Would you like to do something with me this weekend? Maybe we can go out to lunch or something.
Ivy: *blush* That sounds nice.
Laszlo: Great!
*Ivy leaves and Laszlo smiles*
Laszlo: Finally, a nice girl who seems to want to hang out with me…

So Taryn is over the moon about Felix and Ivy isn't going unnoticed by guys. ;) More on both these story lines very soon!
Plus, Lucas sold today. :D I'm glad, not because I'm happy to see him go necessarily, but because I know if he stays here he is only going to get neglected and ignored. So all the dolls I had decided to sell have now been sold. There are a few more (not many, like two maybe) that I might sell later...but I'm very on the fence about that so now is not the time.
Now I'm seriously thinking of getting a LittleFee. I'm just trying to decide if I want to go ahead and order one now or wait until I can see some actual owner photos of Shiwoo (my first choice right now). It makes more sense to wait, but I'm not a patient person so it's hard. :P
