Photo Story, "The Matchmaker: Part 14"
Yes, another photo story update...when I finished this story (which will be soon) I'm going to take a small break from photo stories and post more regular photos. For now, enjoy this installment :D
Part 14:
*Crispin is waiting for someone…with flowers?*
*Oki enters*
Crispin: Oki, there you are!
Oki: Um…hi, Crispin.
Crispin: I haven’t seen you in a while, where have you been? I was a little worried.
Oki: I’ve been trying to think of a new plan for you. I’m sorry to say I haven’t thought of anything yet.
Crispin: It’s okay Oki, I just wanted to see you.
Oki: Why?
Crispin: Aren’t we friends?
Oki: *blush* Yes, of course. I’m glad you think so.
Oki: You look nice.
Crispin: Thank you.
Oki: What are you all dressed up for? And you have flowers… *suspicious*
Crispin: I made up a plan of my own, I hope you don’t mind.
Oki: Oh…I guess you don’t need me anymore.
*Oki starts to leave*
Crispin: Don’t go! I still do need you, Oki.
Oki: You seem to have everything figured out already, what more can I do?
Crispin: Well…this girl…that I like…I want to tell her how I feel but I’m worried about what her reaction will be. What should I do?
Oki: Oh, Crispin! Are you kidding? Just speak with your heart and I can’t think of any reason why anything would go wrong.
Crispin: You’re sure? What if she doesn’t like me?
Oki: That’s not possible.
Crispin: *deep breath* Well…I’m ready then.
Oki: Good luck!
Crispin: These flowers are for you. *hands Oki the flowers*
Oki: …me? *shocked*
*Crispin takes Oki’s hand*
Crispin: Oki…I’ve waited a long time to meet someone like you.
Oki: *whispers* I’m the girl you…like?
Crispin: *smiles* Yes. I think you are wonderful.
Oki: But Crispin…I’m just a silly pixie.
Crispin: You aren’t silly, you’re fun.
Oki: I don’t deserve you…
Crispin: So many excuses…if you don’t like me just say so.
Oki: Oh, Crispin, I do like you…much more than I should. But I’m not supposed to match myself…if I do, then I can’t ever be a matchmaker again.
Crispin: Oh…I can’t ask you to give up your profession just for me.
Oki: …No. I already decided. I’m through being a matchmaker…I’m really not that good at it anyway.
Crispin: Wait…you like me, too?
Oki: I think I’ve liked you since the first time I saw you, I just didn’t realize it. I wanted to make you happy. I got scared when I realized how I’d fallen for you completely…I almost ran away.
Crispin: *gasp* No…
Oki: I couldn’t leave you, but I didn’t expect you to like me at all. I’m…so happy!
Crispin: You are just the girl I was looking for. I’m sorry it took me so long to figure it out.
*Oki suddenly drops her flowers and hugs Crispin unexpectedly*
Oki: Crispin!
Crispin: Oof…
*They fall down*
Oki: Oh, Crispin, I’m sorry!
Crispin: *laughing* You didn’t hurt me, you are so light. You just caught me by surprise…but it was a nice surprise.
Oki: I get a little overexcited when I’m happy.
*They sit up*
Crispin: So…will you stay here with me?
Oki: Of course!
*They laugh and talk and hug some more…and they are being watched…*
Sebastian: See? I told you they would work it out on their own.
Paige: *sigh* Yes, you did. *teases* Perhaps you should think about becoming a matchmaker.
Sebastian: Right…I don’t think so.
Paige: *laughs*

Yes, there is one more part to this story, to kind of wrap things up. Again, I do have more stories in mind. I have several story lines that I'd like to work on, but I'm probably going to start one large story that just continues where stories just begin and end within it...but I might not get to it until May. I have stuff I need to do and my mom is coming to visit for a week at the end of April, yay! :D
And about my story above, I originally intended to match Crispin with Grace. I think they look really cute together and they seemed to go together. However, I was never completely certain about it. When Papin (Oki) came, they "informed" me that they were meant to be together (Oki and Crispin). And aren't they adorable? They will appear again in some of my other stories. And don't worry about Grace, when the time is right she will meet a nice man of her own :P
