Chapter 328: Something to Tell
*Taryn and Felix are on their way home*
Taryn: That was fun…you are a very good dancer.
Felix: Thank you and I’m glad you had fun…after…well, you know.
Taryn: Most guys don’t dance…
Felix: Yeah, well, I like music so learning to dance made sense.
Felix: I really like dancing with my girlfriend.
Taryn: I didn’t mean to pressure you into that…
Felix: You didn’t, I want you to be my girlfriend…I told you before that I really want this to work.
Taryn: So do I.
Taryn: You know…I know what it feels like to be cheated on.
Felix: You do? It happened to you, too?
Taryn: *sadly* Yeah…I don’t like talking about it much either.
Felix: What happened?
Taryn: It was stupid really. I should have known better. You know I spent a few years in Europe traveling around, right?
Felix: Yeah.
Taryn: I met a guy there while I was in France and fell for him…hard.
Taryn: I thought he felt the same way but…
Felix: No…
Taryn: No. I don’t know how many other “girlfriends” he had, but I know there were at least a few others. *shudder*
Felix: I’m so sorry.
Taryn: Well, I’m sure he figured I was this American traveling around so why would I be serious? I should have known…
Felix: It happens.
Taryn: Yes, that’s my point…being cheated on happens to a lot of people, Felix…but don’t stop trusting those that mean most to you.
Felix: You dealt with it better then I did.
Taryn: *shrugs* Maybe, but we aren’t the same, Felix. I know it sucks. You just have to move on. There are plenty of trustworthy people out there that wouldn’t cheat.
Felix: Like you?
Taryn: I would never cheat.
Felix: Neither would I.
Felix: I’m glad we’re having this talk.
Taryn: Talking is good.
Felix: There’s something else I need to tell you then.
Taryn: Okay…
Felix: When my girlfriend cheated on me my heart kind of died. That’s what it felt like anyway. I never thought I’d be able to feel that way about anyone again. I was afraid if I opened up to anyone I’d just get stomped on again.
Taryn: Sometimes it’s the risk you have to take.
Felix: I tried with Ivy and my heart started to soften up a bit but when it didn’t work out I was seriously worried that there was something really wrong with me. But then I met you…
*Taryn blushes*
Felix: I suddenly felt happy again and…like myself. And I was relieved that my heart wasn’t stone and I can feel this way again. Thank you for that.
Taryn: We did have that connection from the beginning. I was…drawn to you.
Felix: Yeah?
Taryn: I saw you and just knew you were someone I wanted to know better. I liked you right away.
*Felix smiles*
Felix: I don’t want to lose you…
Taryn: Just trust me, that’s all.
Felix: I can do that…I will.
Felix: Do you need to get home yet?
Taryn: I have plenty of time.
Felix: Good…
*kiss*

More Lati Babbling:
Lati posted up their detailed photos of their "Flower Garden" yellows that are tanned elves. I'm definitely getting one, the trick is...which one. They are all so cute it's hard to pick but I have narrowed it down to four.
Coco--Not crazy about her eyes but those are easily changed.
Miel--This one surprised me, I mean I've always liked Miel but never really thought much about getting one. However, I love that they painted the lips so that they turn up in the corners.
Lumi--I know I have a Lumi basic, but dang...this one is really cute and I really don't have issues getting duplicates since they will end up looking really different anyway.
Lami--This is the tan I wanted from the start. Again, I have a Lami already but I'm not sure that matters. She is so, so cute, I totally wouldn't mind having two of this sweetie.
No matter which one I pick I won't be getting the outfit or shoes (seriously, $25 for those slippers? They are cute, but not worth that much in my book). It's a cute outfit, I just don't really have a use for anything like that. The wigs are cute too but I'll probably use my own wig of some type and save the nifty colored one for fun or something. Right now I'm leaning toward Miel or Lami but I'm not sure. I can only get one so I want to pick well. :D Any input from my friends is sure welcome.
Also, I've been meaning to share more photos but I've been busy this week working on things for my store (which I've updated every day this week with new things). Tomorrow I'm going to try to get some up at least of my Wreck This Journal, which I have been working on but have not photographed in a while.
