Chapter 349: Beautiful Life
Shiloh: She’s here…I can’t believe it…
Hawk: She’s beautiful, just like her mother. And you were incredible. There’s no way I could have ever done that.
Shiloh: Well…I can’t say I’m in a hurry to repeat that experience… *shudders* But it was so worth it in the end.
Hawk: *laughs* Don’t worry, I’m not expecting a ton of babies. You’re going to be an amazing mom.
Shiloh: I’ll try my best.
Hawk: Come on, her mother is a story telling dinosaur! It doesn’t get any better then that.
*they laugh*
Shiloh: You know, Penelope told us we were going to have a girl, do you remember that?
Hawk: Yeah…she sure did.
Shiloh: I wonder if she really knew, or if it was a lucky guess.
Hawk: Call me crazy, but I think she knew.
Shiloh: I call you crazy all the time…but I think she knew, too.
Shiloh: And you know something else? Sabrina was really nice. That…surprised me.
Hawk: Yeah, I think her bad girl routine is mostly just an act anyway.
Shiloh: I was ready to panic, but she kept me calm until you came…I’ll need to make sure and thank her.
Hawk: You’ll get a chance to do that later, right now we have more important things to take care of.
Shiloh: Like?
Hawk: What should we name our little girl?
Shiloh: Oh! Of course…well…I had one name come to mind but I don’t know if you’ll like it.
Hawk: Try it out on me.
Shiloh: Piper?
Hawk: Hmmm…Piper.
Shiloh: We don’t have to use that name. It was just an idea.
Hawk: I like it actually.
Shiloh: Really?
Hawk: I do. She looks like a Piper.
Shiloh: Okay.
Hawk: Piper it is then.
Hawk: Welcome to life, Piper.
Shiloh: We’re so glad you’re here…
Elsewhere…
Jonas: I’ve never felt this bad…ever. The love of my life left me and my best friend decided to go away to South America. I hate being alone…
Voice: You aren’t alone.
Jonas: *jumps* What? Who are you?
Bo: My name is Bo…and I couldn’t help overhearing you.
Jonas: *mumbles* I was just talking to myself.
Bo: One should always use caution talking to oneself…you might get an answer you didn’t expect.
Jonas: …
Bo: As I was saying, you aren’t alone.
Jonas: Everyone I care about is gone. I am alone.
Bo: I’ll be your friend, if you’ll let me.
Jonas: Why?
Bo: Because I want to.
Jonas: Why?
Bo: Because you seem like the kind of guy who doesn’t think he’s worth being friends with. I think you’re wrong and I’d like to prove it to you…if you’ll give me a chance.
Jonas: …
Bo: You can’t really find a way to say “no” to that, can you?
Jonas: I guess not.
Bo: Then let’s be friends. I promise I’m really nice.
Jonas: Well…okay…I guess.
Bo: Good! You won’t be sorry.
*Jonas tentatively smiles at her, still unsure*

I know there were at least a few who guessed early on that Piper was going to be Shiloh and Hawk's child, so if you were right, cookies for you. :P
But, just to make sure there isn't any confusion, Piper is my Lati yellow Byurl. The "baby Piper" in the story photos is really Eli, he's just posing as baby Piper temporarily because he's so tiny and a better baby size for my needs. He's really a he, of course, and is going to be someone else's baby later on...I'll let you mull that over for a while, I won't be giving that away just yet. ;)
Also in this chapter, Bo has finally decided to help out Jonas...he really needs a friend right now and I think Bo will find befriending him as a more worthwhile cause then say helping someone like Zander, heh. :P
Also, I worked on a few more items for my Etsy store. I added a few new things today...but business has been slow lately. It's okay, I expected ups and downs, I just hope it picks up again sometime soon. Anyway, I got an idea for a new design and tried it out in Puki size. This is what I came up with:
It's a little pleated dress. I'm keeping this one because it's not quite good enough for selling. :P But I like it on Petal. I'm trying to make one in Lati yellow size next time, I think it will be easier to make in a slightly larger size. We'll see how that goes, plus I have a few other dress in progress, too.
Oh...you know what I heard today? Fairyland is coming out with a new line of dolls called "PukiFee", it will be a doll sized in between a Puki and LittleFee and is expected to be about 15cm tall. That's just about like a Lati yellow, which is my favorite tiny BJD size. They don't have any photos up yet but I'm dying to see them. Depending on what kinds of face molds they come up with for the PukiFee I may get one of those instead of a LittleFee (aw, poor Shiwoo!)...but we'll see. Dang, Fairyland is on a roll coming up with cute little dolls! :D
