Photo Story
The rain was nice to me today and cooperated long enough for me to get this chapter of "House of Pullip" done...and I so wanted to (since the kids are off school today and I had more time then usual). Anyway, here it is and please enjoy it! :D
Chapter 400: Afternoon Stroll
*Grace is taking a walk with Wolfgang and Bailey*
Bailey: Oh, your doggie is so pretty!
Grace: You like her? Her name is Fifi.
Bailey: Fee-Fee?
Grace: That’s right.
*Bailey pets Fifi who is very pleased with the attention*
Grace: *holds out the leash to Bailey* Do you want to take her for a walk?
Bailey: Can I?
Grace: Sure, just don’t let go of the leash.
*Bailey runs off with Fifi, giggling the whole time*
Wolfgang: Are you sure she’s okay with your dog?
Grace: Oh yes, Fifi is very well behaved…and I’ll keep an eye on them.
*Grace and Wolfgang fall silent, they watch Bailey playing with Fifi*
Wolfgang: Er…I need to thank you.
Grace: Thank me? For what?
Wolfgang: For the time you are spending with Bailey at school. It’s been very beneficial for her.
Grace: You’re welcome, she’s a very sweet girl…but I think that has more to do with you then me.
Wolfgang: What I mean is I know she is gifted…she reminds me of me when I was her age. But my parents never let me play or have any fun, so I don’t know how to show Bailey how to do those things.
Grace: Oh…I see.
Wolfgang: But look at her now…playing with your dog…and laughing. I’ve never seen her that way and it makes me feel so happy to see her able to do those things I was never allowed to do.
Grace: All children should be able to play.
Wolfgang: I agree…I just never knew what I was missing when I was a kid. I wanted it to be different for Bailey but I didn’t know how. That’s why I’m grateful that you’ve taken an interest in her…it’s good for her.
Grace: I’m glad I can help.
Bailey: Daddy, Daddy, can we get a dog?
Wolfgang: Uh…er…well…
*Grace laughs*
Grace: I’ll tell you what, Bailey; you can come see Fifi anytime you want. How does that sound?
Bailey: Okay!
*Wolfgang looks relieved*

Again, I don't think this chapter needs much comment from me...but yes, I don't think Wolfgang is a dog fan (or at least not a fan of owning a dog). :P
And yes...that is how many chapters this story has been going on...yikes. ^^;

Starting tonight/tomorrow I will be working on the Puki/Lati white SP clothes I talked about last week. I plan to make items for both boys and girls and if it goes as planned I hope to have about four outfits for each gender. If you are interested in anything like this, keep an eye on my store. ;)
