*Alex is spending the evening chatting with his friend on the computer*
ShopGirl2: We’ve been chatting every week for a while now.
Mr.Dude317: Yes. Is that okay?
ShopGirl2: Well yes, I’m just wondering something.
Mr.Dude317: Ask me whatever you want.
ShopGirl2: What do you want?
Mr.Dude317: Huh?
ShopGirl2: You joined a dating site to meet women, yes?
Mr.Dude317: I guess.
ShopGirl2: You haven’t even told me your name.
Mr.Dude317: You haven’t told me yours either.
ShopGirl2: I was waiting for you. Why should I give up all my information without knowing if I’m going to get anything in return?
Mr.Dude317: Good point.
ShopGirl2: So…
Mr.Dude317: So what?
ShopGirl2: Your name…
ShopGirl2: Are you going to tell me what it is or not?
*Alex does not reply for a long time*
ShopGirl2: Hey, are you still there?
Mr.Dude317: Yeah.
ShopGirl2: You aren’t ready for this.
Mr.Dude317: I’m trying.
ShopGirl2: Tell me what the problem is.
Mr.Dude317: It’s hard to explain.
ShopGirl2: There’s another girl, isn’t there?
Mr.Dude317: No, I swear there isn’t.
ShopGirl2: I mean a girl from you past.
ShopGilr2: Someone that you loved before.
Mr.Dude317: How do you know?
ShopGirl2: It’s the only explanation.
Mr.Dude317: I’m sorry.
Mr.Dude317: I wasted your time.
ShopGirl2: No.
ShopGirl2: I’ve liked chatting with you.
ShopGirl2: That’s why I wanted to know you wanted.
Mr.Dude317: I want to keep talking to you.
Mr.Dude317: But I understand if you don’t want to.
ShopGirl2: I do want to.
ShopGirl2: But we’ll see.
ShopGirl2: Maybe next time we talk you should tell me about this girl.
Mr.Dude317: I don’t know.
ShopGirl2: Think about it.
Mr.Dude317: Okay.

Bo: Thank you for dinner.
Jonas: No problem.
Bo: I’ve never done this before…so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Jonas: And?
Bo: So far it’s nice.
Jonas: I’m glad. I wanted it to be nice.
Bo: It was.
*Jonas smiles at her*
Bo: But I should be getting home.
Jonas: Yeah, it’s late.
Bo: I’ll see you tomorrow.
*Instead of letting her go, Jonas gives Bo a hug*
Bo: Oh…
*Bo sighs happily and Jonas smiles*
Bo: Thank you.
Jonas: What are you thanking me for?
Bo: For doing this. For taking me out on a date. It has been nice and I really appreciate it.
Jonas: Wait…you make it sound like we aren’t going to go out again.
Bo: Well, you aren’t sure. And so I have to be happy with what I’ve got.
Jonas: But Bo…I…I…
Bo: I want you to be sure.
Jonas: Yeah…you deserve that much.
Bo: *smiles* Thank you. Good night now.
Jonas: Can’t I ever just do things the easy way? *sigh*

Jonas likes Bo, that's not the issue...Bo just knows Jonas isn't completely sure. And you can't blame Bo for wanting Jonas to be sure. So Jonas just has a few things to figure out for sure, but I'm sure it's his top priority. At least the date was nice and Bo enjoyed it very much.
Alex is also having a hard time moving on. In the last photo of him he is holding a jewel that Madison gave him that he still keeps all the time. Obviously he still has feelings for her even though he knows it's time to move on. I know I've let his story slide a tiny bit, but I promise to keep up with Alex the best I can. His online friend isn't ready to dump him yet... ;)
I hope everyone is enjoying the New Year so far. I didn't have a bad 2009, but looking bad I realized it really wasn't a year of note for me. I did make some spiritual accomplishments I'm very happy with and I did finally get the guts up to open my Etsy store, so it wasn't like nothing good happened or I didn't get anything done...because I did. But it dawned on me that I didn't leave the state of Texas once. In fact, I didn't even leave the Houston area! Lame. I would really like to get out more in 2010. I'm not much of a resolution maker, but if I were I'd make a goal to travel. Nothing fancy, I don't intend on leaving the country (as much as I'd like to) but if I could get out and go somewhere I've never been for just a little while, that would be nice.
