Here is the newest chapter of "House of Pullip"...sorry for the delay but it was really cold yesterday with this horrible bone-chilling wind. I didn't want to go outside. Yes, I'm a wimp. :P Anyway, please enjoy it now. ;)
Chapter 434: Friendly Help
Gideon: Thanks for reworking this one part of the song; I think it sounds a lot better now.
Felix: No problem.
Gideon: Sorry for being so picky…
Felix: Hey, it’s your album, you should be happy with it.
Felix: So…I heard you gave a little concert here when you were looking for me the other day…
Gideon: You heard about that?
Felix: Oh yeah.
Gideon: Ivy told you?
Felix: Ivy? No…Maddie told me.
Gideon: Ivy was there, too. But your daughter is to too cute to refuse.
Felix: *laughs* Now you know why she's spoiled rotten.
Gideon: Ivy must think I’m a big show off now.
Felix: I doubt it.
Gideon: I don’t want her to think I’m some egotistical singer who wants everyone to listen to me sing.
Felix: Why are so you so worried about what Ivy thinks?
Gideon: It’s not just her; I don’t want anyone to think I’m that way.
Felix: Listen, Ivy isn’t one to jump to that kind of conclusion.
Felix: But if it bothers you so much, why don’t you talk to her about it?
Gideon: I don’t know.
Felix: Just talk to her. Then you’ll realize you don’t have to worry about what she thinks.
Gideon: Well…maybe. I’ll think abut it.
Elsewhere…
Taryn: I think you’re getting the hang of it around here.
Avery: You have faith in me. That helps.
Taryn: Anything I can do to help!
Avery: Maybe you can help with something non-work related…?
Taryn: I can try, what’s up?
Avery: I would like to live closer to work. Do you know any nice places to live near here?
Taryn: Is around the corner close enough?
Avery: That’s very close.
Taryn: I live there and I walk to work. It’s perfect and a nice place to live. There’s always room for someone new.
Avery: It sounds…well…perfect. Maybe it’s too good to be true…
Taryn: I’ll take you there after work if you want, then you can judge for yourself.
Avery: Really? You don’t mind?
Taryn: Not at all. Here’s the thing about this job…we don’t just work together here, we’re friends. We help each other.
Avery: I’m think I’m going to enjoy this job.
Taryn: I hope so.

Gideon is a little sensitive, but he doesn't like being misunderstood. :P I doubt he has anything to worry about with Ivy...but it will be fun to see Gideon trying to explain himself to her later on.
