Yep, new "House of Pullip" chapter featuring Madison and Hawk (of all people :P ), enjoy!
Chapter 89:
*Madison is walking alone*
Madison: Why am I so confused?
*Madison sees Hawk’s hair*
Madison: Hawk, is that you?
Hawk: It’s me.
Madison: What are you doing back here?
Hawk: I just wanted to be alone for a while; this seemed like a good place.
Madison: I admit that’s why I came back here.
Hawk: I can leave if you want.
Madison: You were here first; I’ll leave if you really want solitude.
Hawk: A little company for a while would be nice.
Madison: Is something the matter? You could tell me about it. Remember, you once offered to help me? That was a kind gesture; I would like to do the same for you.
Hawk: Your man troubles, are they better?
Madison: *sigh* The troubles seem never ending…but don’t worry about me, I’ll figure it out.
Madison: Do you want to tell me what’s bothering you?
Hawk: Hmmm…yeah. It might help to talk to someone more objective.
Madison: Okay.
Hawk: There’s this girl…
Madison: *smiles*
Hawk: *laughs* It’s always a girl or a guy, isn’t it?
Madison: *laughs also* It sure seems that way. So…this girl…?
Hawk: She’s…very special. Right now she is a very good friend, but I keep finding myself wanting more. I’m trying not to, but I can’t help it. She is really sweet and fun to be around and to talk to…and she’s got these eyes… *sigh* She was too shy at first to look at me much, but now when she does her eyes take my breath away.
Madison: Well, I’m not surprised you would be attracted to her. But you don’t think she will share your feelings?
Hawk: No, it’s not like that at all. In fact, I know if I said the word she would take me. I know it by the way her face looks when she sees me. My face probably looks the same way when I see her. And her eyes…they tell me all I need to know. All I have to do is ask and she would be completely mine.
Madison: I don’t see the problem then.
Hawk: There is no way a girl like that was ever meant for someone like me.
Madison: Oh…Hawk…
Hawk: No…I know what you are going to say. But my past is bad, I was a terrible person. I came here to start over…finding a girlfriend is definitely the last thing I should be doing. It’s better if I stay away from her.
Madison: Ah…the past. My past isn’t exactly stellar either, but I learned not too long ago that while you can’t forget your past or run from it, you have to find a way move beyond it. The past is the past.
Hawk: I suppose that’s true, but some things are hard to get over. I’m so ashamed…I don’t deserve her.
Madison: I think you fear her knowing about your past.
Hawk: That’s part of it, too. In some ways I want her to know so she knows what I truly am, or what I have been. In other ways I don’t want her to know anything because I’m afraid she will completely reject me…even though I know I would deserve it if she did.
Madison: I could tell you what I think, but I have the feeling it won’t persuade you differently. In the end, you’ll have to decide to do what’s best for you…hmmm. *thinks about what she just said*
Hawk: What is it?
Madison: I just had an epiphany for my own little problem…I know what I have to do now, just decide and be okay with it. Thanks, Hawk. *smiles*
Hawk: I didn’t do anything, but you’re welcome.
Madison: And what about you?
Hawk: I need to decide, too…but I still need to think some more. Thank you for letting me talk it out. It does help.
Madison: *shrugs* Any time.

So, we get to the heart of what's bothering Hawk (just without exact details)...and Madison has apparently made up her mind, but what did she decide exactly? Heh, that's coming soon...I promise! Thanks for reading :D
On a side note, I love how Madison is dressed right now. I know it's a lot of black, but she has always been a bit of a tragic character so it suits her :P
