Chapter 124: Heart to Heart
Oki: Lukie! There you are-I’ve been looking for you.
Lucas: Oh, hey Oki!
Oki: You look much happier…are things going better for you?
Lucas: Yeah…
Lucas: Nika is at least talking to me now so that’s good.
Oki: Oh, good! You did everything I told you to do then?
Lucas: Yeah…I’ll admit I wasn’t sure about it, but you were right.
Oki: Well, I wasn’t sure either, but I’m glad it worked out.
Lucas: She’s still kind of mad at me though and I don’t know if she’ll want to be with me in the end.
Oki: Hmmm…I’m afraid I can’t really help you there. How it goes from here on out is really in your hands.
Lucas: Yeah, but…
Oki: No, Lukie. *smiles kindly* You are on your own now.
Lucas: But I’m not sure I can do this without you.
Oki: *sigh* It’s never good when someone becomes too dependant on me for help in their love lives…
Lucas: I’m know, but-
Oki: I think you know what to do now, Lucas. It might not work out, but that’s life. Still, there’s always a chance.
Lucas: I do know what to do…I’m just afraid of messing up.
Oki: Everyone messes up; the important thing is to try your best. If she can’t forgive you when you really feel sorry then maybe she’s not the right girl for you.
Lucas: I know she’s the right girl for me. You are right; I just need to keep trying. Thanks for all your help, Oki.

*Sabrina has found Madison, who is indeed fretting as Bo claimed*
Sabrina: Madison?
Madison: Oh, Sabrina! You don’t…hate me…do you?
Sabrina: Come on, I could never hate you! You know that.
Madison: But…I didn’t help you when you asked me to.
Sabrina: Yeah…well…maybe it’s for the best. I’m not mad. I know you did it because you care about me, that means a lot to me.
Madison: *shocked at Sabrina’s candor* Sabrina…
Sabrina: And…there’s something else…
Madison: Oh?
Sabrina: I…want you to know…I love you…more than anyone. *sniff* You’re my best friend and the sister I never had.
Madison: Sabrina…what’s gotten into you?
Sabrina: Bo…
Madison: Oh, I see. She put you up to this.
Sabrina: *slightly hurt* Hey, I meant everything I said!
Madison: *laughs* I know you do! And…I love you, too, you know.
Sabrina: I know you do.
Madison: Yes, but I thought you might like to hear it…I like hearing it, too, every once in a while.
Sabrina: That’s what Bo said.
Madison: Well, it sounds like she is good for you after all. By the way…where is she? She’s hasn’t left already, has she?
Sabrina: Oh, I’m sure she’s around here somewhere watching my every move… *rolls eyes* I have the feeling she’s only just getting started with me. *sigh*
Madison: I wonder what she’ll do next? I like seeing this side of you.
Sabrina: Hmph.

*sigh*...disappointments in the dolly world: I fell in love with a special edition of a white line Lati doll just recently. This one actually. Isn't she darling? The website said they would have orders open until January 12th, and I was counting on that because there is no way I'll be able to get the money together until January. But they announced they will closing the orders early on December 25th because of demand. I was afraid of that happening but there's nothing I can do about it. There's no way I'll be able to order before then so now I'm going to miss out. :(
The one consolation is I like the basic version of that doll a lot so I suppose waiting until the orders open back up again for the basic one won't kill me...I just really loved this special one for some reason, but they are only making them this one time. Figures.
So I was going to order my first bjd (albeit a tiny one...) but it won't be as soon as I was hoping. However, I know just what I want to do with a tiny doll like that, she'll actually fit into my Pullip family perfectly. I need patience...I am not good at being patient. Ugh.
