Sorry for the delay on this chapter of "House of Pullip" but I had a really busy weekend. :P Plus, it's raining outside (again) so I have crappy indoor photos for this...oh well. Enjoy anyway!
Chapter 134: What Now?
Jonas: Zander took you out again? Wow…
Rayna: It wasn’t a date…I don’t think. We were just hanging out.
Jonas: Yeah, but he keeps hanging out with you. That must mean…something.
Jonas: What do you think of him?
Rayna: He’s nice and I like hanging out with him.
Jonas: Do you like him?
Rayna: Maybe…a little.
Grace: You do?
Rayna: *blush*
Jonas: Good! It’s better to get your mind off…you-know-who…
Rayna: Does Grace know?
Jonas: Well…
Rayna: It’s okay, I figured you’d tell her about…Sebastian. Just don’t tell anyone else, okay?
Grace: I won’t.
Jonas: I won’t either. But I am happy to see you with your mind on someone else.
Rayna: *shrugs*
Rayna: I have to go to work now. See you guys later!
Jonas: I really hope things work out with you and Zander.
Rayna: Let’s not get too excited about that yet…please?
Jonas: Sorry.
Rayna: Bye!
Jonas: You are really quiet. Is something wrong?
Grace: It’s just something Zander said to me alone. He wants to “play the field”-his words. He doesn’t sound like he’s really ready to settle down with just one girl. I don’t want to see Rayna get hurt, especially since she’s had so many recent disappointments.
Jonas: *let down* He said that, huh?
Grace: I’m afraid so.
Jonas: Well, what should we do?
Grace: I think we need to just let them be and figure it out themselves, but let’s not encourage Rayna unnecessarily.
Jonas: Yeah…yeah, okay. *worries for his friend*
Elsewhere…
*Sebastian is still alone*
Sebastian: *sigh*
*Crispin walks by*
Crispin: Sebastian! I haven’t seen you in a while. How are you?
Sebastian: Oh…hello, Crispin.
Crispin: You don’t look well, are you alright?
Sebastian: I am unhappy.
Crispin: What’s the matter?
*Sebastian tells Crispin about Rayna*
Sebastian: And now Rayna will not speak to me. I miss my friend and I don’t know what to do to get her back.
Crispin: Wow. This is out of my league. You should really talk to Paige about this.
Sebastian: That is another problem all together. Paige is so busy with her sister that she doesn’t have time for me.
Crispin: That must make you miss Rayna even more.
Sebastian: Exactly.
Crispin: I don’t know what to tell you.
Sebastian: It is alright. I appreciate the chance to talk about it.
Crispin: No problem.

Let me clarify a few things so there isn't any confusion:
Rayna isn't terribly in love with Zander or anything like that...she's just feeling some interest and maybe a minor crush. Plus, her feeling for Sebastian have not changed...don't forget that either.
Also, Sebastian considers Rayna one of his best friends so the fact that she won't practice with him and won't talk to him (because she is embarrassed) is hard for him to take...he really does miss her quite a bit. That's why he's upset...not to mention the fact that Paige is too busy for him right now.
We got the car shopping done and we ended up with a truck. It wasn't really my first choice but it was something we could afford and it runs really well plus it gets better gas mileage than our van...so it works. Plus it has an extended cab thing so our whole family can actually fit in it quite comfortably. My husband get to drive the truck and I now get to drive what he was driving, our Toyota 4-runner...so that's "my" vehicle now. I'm just glad the whole car shopping thing is over with, plus they took our van in as a trade so we don't have to worry about that anymore either. It's all good. :D
