Photo Story, Impressions: Part 26
Here's the next installment of "Impressions", I hope you enjoy it! This weekend I'm hoping to have the time to photograph some of the dolls that have not been photographed lately so look for that if you are interested :D
Part 26:
*Paige is walking along alone just thinking to herself...*
*Rayna runs up*
Rayna: Paige! Wait up! I have something to tell you!
Paige: What is it? You seem really excited.
Rayna: You'll never guess what happened.
Paige: Probably not, you'd better just tell me.
Rayna: Well, I went down to the fencing school hoping to take some lessons to improve my skills.
Paige: That sounds like fun...for you, anyway.
Rayna: But get this--I showed them a few of my skills and they hired me right then and there to teach classes!
Paige: Really?
Rayna: Yes, can you believe it?!?
Paige: *smiles* I don't think I've ever seen you this excited about something.
Rayna: I am excited! This is such an amazing opportunity--I think I might have found my life's passion...that's really something...
Paige: I'm so happy for you!
Rayna: It's all thanks to Sebastian.
Paige: Er...Sebastian? What does he have to do with it?
Rayna: Have gave me this sword. *shows Paige* It used to be his grandfather's and he gave it to me!
Paige: Wow...
Rayna: And then we practiced together and it got me all excited about doing swordplay more often.
Paige: But what about that things he said about pirates?
Rayna: Oh, Paige. He apologized for that but it's really not a big deal. I hadn't even remembered it anyway until he mentioned it.
Paige: *thoughtful* I see.
Rayna: Well, I need to go practice, I just wanted to tell you about my new job.
Paige: Really, congratulations! See you later.
*Rayna runs off*
Paige: *continues walking* That was...really nice of Sebastian...
*Paige sees Madison as she continues walking*
Paige: Madison! Wow, you look nice. What are you dressed up for?
Madison: *nervously* I...have a date.
Paige: Really? With who?
Madison: Alex.
Paige: He asked you out?
Madison: You sound surprised.
Paige: I'm sorry, that's not what I meant.
Madison: That's okay, I was surprised, too...and even more surprised when I said I'd go.
Madison: But... *sigh*
Paige: But what? Are you okay?
Madison: I'm happy to have a date with Alex, but I'm nervous...I mean downright scared! I don't know if I can go through with it.
Paige: Oh, it's going to be okay. Alex is a nice guy! I'll bet you have a great time with him, just try to relax and have fun.
Madison: You're right...I know it will be fun. I'm just trying to calm my nerves...and I have other things on my mind which makes it hard.
Paige: Other things? Like what? Maybe it would help calm you down to talk about it a bit.
Madison: Oh, family things. I'm worried about Sebastian, that's all.
Paige: ...Sebastian?
Madison: He still thinks he might leave and I just really want him to stay here. I don't know what to do to change his mind.
Paige: Oh...you shouldn't worry about that right now. He'd want you to have fun with Alex, wouldn't he?
Madison: Yes. Yes, he would. You're right, thanks.
Paige: Look, there's Alex. He's waiting for you. You should go. Have a wonderful time!
Madison: *takes a deep breath and goes to meet Alex*
Paige: *watching Madison and Alex from a distance and thinking to herself* So Madison and Alex are going on a date after all...I'll bet Sebastian had something to do with that...I've been so wrong about him I can barely stand it!
