*Lucas is studying*
*Annike enters*
Annike: Hi.
Lucas: Oh, hey Nika!
Annike: I haven’t seen you in a while.
Lucas: I’m sorry, Nika! I didn’t mean to ignore you the last time I saw you…
Annike: Really, Lucas, it’s okay. I know you’ve been working hard and I’m not offended.
Lucas: I could use your help now…all I have to do to pass the final exam and my diploma is in the bag.
Annike: I’d love to help, what would you like me to do?
Lucas: Can you quiz me on these notes?
Annike: No problem.
Annike: Hey…Lucas?
Lucas: Yeah?
Annike: I’m…proud of you…really.
Lucas: *smiles* Yeah? Thanks, Nika!
Elsewhere…
*Roxanne is visiting “The Sweet Shoppe”*
Kiki: Roxanne! What brings you to my store today?
Roxanne: To check on you, Kiki. I was wondering if you are still helping Ronan with my wedding.
Kiki: Well…yes…I’m still helping, but I haven’t seen Ronan for a while.
Roxanne: I see.
Kiki: Why…is something wrong?
Roxanne: No, no…nothing is wrong. It’s just when I asked him about you he seemed…uneasy. You haven’t had an argument or anything like that, have you?
Kiki: No, nothing like that. But the last time he was here he was much more distant than usual. I can’t imagine what would be wrong though.
Roxanne: I’m sure it’s nothing then. Can you show me what you have so far? I’d love to see.
Kiki: Of course! Over here…
Meanwhile…
*Melodie has sought out Sebastian*
Melodie: Oh…Sebastian…I was looking for Paige. Have you seen her?
Sebastian: I’m afraid not. She is…not speaking to me.
Melodie: Oh…she isn’t speaking to me either?
Sebastian: What? Why would she not speak to you?
Melodie: Well…she didn’t like it when I told her I didn’t approve of the way she is treating you. I compared her to our mother.
Sebastian: You told her that? I thank you, lady, for coming to my defense. However, this is really something Paige and I need to settle ourselves.
Melodie: I’ll stay out of it then…but can I offer you a little advice?
Sebastian: Certainly.
Melodie: Don’t let Paige manipulate you. She is headstrong and stubborn as an ox, but don’t put up with that. Someday she needs to learn that she doesn’t know everything.
Sebastian: I will keep that in mind. Thank you.

I meant to have additional photos to post along with this story but it rained within minutes of finishing up the outdoor story photos. Heh...figures. :P Instead I'm going to work on poor Sebastian's hair that really needs some help. Maybe tomorrow I'll have some non-story doll photos...oh well.
