Shiloh and Hawk are back in the story so I hope you like this chapter of "House of Pullip". Sorry I have been skipping around with plots and characters a lot lately, I hope it's not too confusing. :P
Chapter 174: In the Moment
*Shiloh and Hawk are still spending a lot of time together*
Hawk: You are so fun to be with…these past few months have been the best ever.
Shiloh: *smiles* Being with you is always the best part of my day.
Hawk: Come one, let’s sit down.
Hawk: Can I ask you something?
Shiloh: Yes.
Hawk: What do you want for yourself in the future?
Shiloh: Oh…it’s…silly…
Hawk: I’m sure it’s not. Please tell me.
Shiloh: What I want isn’t that complicated. I…I want to get married…and have a family. *blush* I just want to be happy.
Hawk: That’s not silly. I think that’s beautiful.
Shiloh: Um…what about you, what do you want?
Hawk: I never knew before, that’s why I always just lived in the moment and didn’t care about tomorrow…but…
Shiloh: But…what?
Hawk: Now I want the same thing you want. I never thought I’d get married or have a family or anything like that, but now it sounds like the best thing in the world.
Shiloh: *smile*
Hawk: That’s not all.
Shiloh: Oh?
Hawk: I can’t see that future without you in it.
Shiloh: Hawk…you know I feel the same.
Hawk: Then…will you marry me?
Shiloh: *gasp*

Er...yeah...didn't see that coming? Well, Hawk is spontaneous so that was the point. :P However, I did drop a few hints about this in previous chapters so the extra observant reader might have picked up on that...maybe (I don't know how good my hints really are). Anyway, there is more in the next chapter and I will be posting that tomorrow. :D
