Photo Story
Sorry for the semi-long delay in getting the new chapter of "House of Pullip" posted. It's a long story...but the short version is a rain storm ruined my original plans for the party chapter photos so I had to come up with something else and I had a sick kid at home. The sick kid is better so no worries there and I took all the party chapter photos today in an indoor set up I was satisfied with so I have a chapter today and I will also have one for tomorrow and Friday to make up for the wait. :D So here we go...
Chapter 192: Make it Right
*Kiki and Sebastian have arrived at the House as the party for Shiloh and Hawk is just beginning*
Kiki: All of these people live in this house?
Sebastian: They do indeed. Do you see anyone you know?
Kiki: I know a few people, but not everyone.
Sebastian: I see Ronan over there…I would like to have a word with him if you do not mind.
Kiki: I…uh…think I’ll go talk to Roxanne if that’s okay.
Sebastian: Certainly. In any case it is better if I speak with Ronan in private. I will join you in a few minutes and maybe introduce you to some new people.
Kiki: Thank you, I would like that.
*Kiki congratulates Shiloh and Hawk and then stops to talk to Roxanne*
Roxanne: Kiki! I’m glad you could make it even though Ronan invited you.
Kiki: Well…er…
Roxanne: What?
Kiki: *sigh* Ronan didn’t invite me, Sebastian did…just now when he found out Ronan didn’t.
Roxanne: *distressed* Oh, Kiki, I’m so sorry! I specifically asked Ronan to invite you…you know I wanted you to come.
Kiki: I know you did and that really means a lot to me. Please don’t worry, I’m here now.
Roxanne: Ronan…I don’t know what to do about him… *shakes head*
Kiki: *smiles conspiratorially* I think Sebastian is taking care of that now…
Meanwhile…
Sebastian: Ronan, I need to have a word…now.
Ronan: Oh…er…of course.
Sebastian: You purposely attempted to exclude Miss Kiki from this party and I want to know why.
Ronan: Miss Kiki? I suppose I might have forgotten to invite her…
Sebastian: You forgot? If you expect me to believe that then you must really think I am in idiot.
Ronan: No, I do not think that! I just…I…
Sebastian: Yes?
Ronan: *sigh* Fine. I knew I upset her before and I could not face her.
Sebastian: Because you know you are wrong?
Ronan: No…because I did not think she wanted to see me.
Sebastian: That is a convenient excuse, is it not?
Ronan: I do not expect you to understand…
Sebastian: Well, I do not understand how you could snub Miss Kiki. She is a very nice lady. I am not asking you to fall in love with her, only to consider her feelings which do not seem to matter to you right now for reasons I cannot fathom. Did it ever occur to you that she gets lonely at her store and she might welcome the association of friends from time to time?
Ronan: Er…
Sebastian: Are you determined to punish her for daring to actually care about you?
Ronan: *shifts uncomfortably*
Sebastian: You should be ashamed!
Ronan: I am sorry…
Sebastian: I am not the one you should apologize to. Are you man enough to face her or are you going to continue to act like a small selfish child?
Ronan: I do not know…
Sebastian: Think about it, Ronan, and do the right thing.
*Sebastian walks off*
Ronan: *sigh*

Sebastian is right on, by the way. Ronan is punishing Kiki for "daring" to care about him, although he probably doesn't really realize he's doing it. Only time will tell if he actually apologies to her. More party happenings in the next chapter. :)
Sorry I don't have any extra photos today. After taking all the photo story photos I just kind ran out of steam...and I do have other things I need to get done, heh. :P
