Photo Story, Impressions: Part 28
Fresh off my computer, here's the next installment of "Impressions". This was not originally included in the story, but I thought I needed to add it to create some additional...tension :P Enjoy!
Part 28:
*A gathering outside…*
Madison: *to Sebastian* Have you decided if you are going to stay here or not.
Sebastian: I wish you would not trouble yourself to worry so much about that.
Madison: I will trouble myself, you’re my brother and I want you to stay.
Sebastian: I have not decided yet.
Madison: What can I do to convince you to stay?
Sebastian: I will decide when I am ready.
Madison: *sigh*
Tanith: You’ve been awfully quiet today.
Paige: I’m sorry, I just have a lot on my mind.
Tanith: Hmmm…would that something on your mind be a certain gentleman with very long blond hair?
Paige: *blush* Tanith…I’m just really confused, that’s all.
Tanith: You should go talk to him.
Paige: I don’t know…
*Alex approaches*
Alex: Madison? It’s a beautiful day for a picnic, would you like to join me?
Madison: *smiles* I’d love to!
*They leave together*
Crispin: Please explain to me why you would possibly not want to stay here?
Sebastian: It’s…complicated.
Crispin: Come on, Sebastian, I know what this is about. It’s about Paige. You might not have told me in so many words but I know how you feel about the lady.
Sebastian: She will never care about me the way I care about her. She told me so herself.
Crispin: Oh? Then why does she keep looking at you?
Sebastian: She does? *looks*
Crispin: Yes, and it is not a look of disgust.
*Madison and Alex walk by*
Paige: Where are you two off to?
Alex: A picnic. *holds up basket*
Tanith: Sounds great! Have fun.
Madison: Thanks, I’m sure we will. And Paige, thanks for talking to me the other day. Sebastian is still thinking he might leave, though…or at least he hasn’t decided not to. I still don’t know what to do.
Paige: Try not to worry. He’s your brother, he loves you. In the end I think he’ll decide to stay.
Madison: I really hope so.
*After Madison and Alex have walked on*
Tanith: You know why Sebastian might leave, don’t you? He thinks you still dislike him.
Paige: But…I…he… *sigh*
Tanith: You should really go talk to him.
Paige: I know, I just don’t know what to say, I’m still really confused.
Tanith: Look, he’s walking away and he’s alone, now is the perfect time!
Paige: But…
Tanith: No, buts, just go.
Paige: Okay… *gulp*

I promise, the next installment will have a conversation between Sebastian and Paige... :D I might even get to it tomorrow, but if not, on Thursday for sure.
