i know. the issue itself wasn't the big deal, it was the berating at 3am that got to me.

The worst thing someone can do is say your feelings aren't important or that you "shouldn't feel that way". You can't help what you feel and no matter what the other person thinks, your feelings are always important and always justified.
I hope things have calmed down and worked themselves out.

Sometimes when I try to tell my boy how I'm feeling about something he will roll his eyes and say "Oh my God!" Talk about feeling invalid and unimportant, as well as ridiculous. I understand where your coming from. Hope things get better.
