Martin is infinitely more fascinating and his version of "Loverman" is sexy, dark, amazing. And he has the best hair ever.

First week of my senior year is almost over. And then I have a weekend of work to look forward to. Oddly enough, I do look forward to it a little. There is always something to do during the late shifts on Saturday and Sunday. If I get sent home early, it won't be by much...maybe 10-20 minutes at most. I need a haircut. I'd like to get it done today, but I might put it off until tomorrow. Jeanette's Magical Desk Shopping Adventures continue. It is impossible to find a desk that meets my exact specifications (48" wide, maple/maple laminate) for a good price ($200 or less). Looking this good hurts like hell.  Got my eyebrows threaded at the mall yesterday.  I feel kinda bad that I had to make Greg sit through all of my wincing.  For those of you who are unfamiliar with the practice, eyebrow threading involves the use of a thread to pull out unsightly body hairs at the root.  It's inexpensive ($10 for both brows) and ( Read more... )

 Celebrated a belated 21st birthday in my honor on Saturday night.  Greg, Jessica, Lis, Mani, and Nick came to my Hawaiian themed bash where we ate junk food, a delicious cake, mixed some margaritas, and got to know each other through board games while sipping on hard lemonades.

Awesome night.
