Banana Cake

Not that cooking banana cake is hard or anything, but I made on last night that worked REALLY well so I thought I'd jot it down before I forget it. Not especially healthy, but it good and it rose very well too (I always have an issue with flat cakes).

250 g butter
1 cup castor sugar
3 eggs
4 over ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups self raising
