 Happy 4th of July, a little late. I hope you all celebrated appropriately, by consuming too much of at least one thing, and watching folks blow shit up, ideally with a long drive in a string of traffic either before or after the festivities, or both

David and I consumed too many brownies, made soup, and watched far too much TV. no weeds were harmed in the production of our three-day weekend. we listened to some live jazz outside on Sunday under a tree, but did not get stuck in traffic either going to, or leaving, the Jazz Fest because we didn't stick around for the fireworks.
