I think I've become obsessed with needing to do stuff all the time. I've tried to spend some alone time with nothing to do today, but I'm already bored and lonely. But being out and about all the time makes me so tired, and I want to relax.

i have the same problem. except instead of going out too much i stay at home a great deal. we'll see if i ever fix that.
