ouch!
GAHH! MY IT-band (sp?) is tight and sore...it hurts to go down stairs and downhill. Looks like I don't have to run over thanksgiving break, but I dont really have a problem with that. Luckily I think Im in good enough shape otherwise that it wont be a big deal ( Read more... ) -

I actually WAS missed!
Wow so Im not exactly giving myself a fall break- Im back to being a slave to Dunkin Donuts, but its alright. Im conducting interviews all this week and I must say I've been doing a good job! I witnessed history!
wow. holy crap, Obama was elected President last night and I am sooo happy!! I think for the first time ever I am going to really like the President. When CNN quoted MLK I cried, Im not ashamed to say it- I am that big of a politics nerd. I've been watching the election since before the primaries religiously and its all finally worth it.

first day of hurdles!!
I felt that I needed to update today since I seem to always do that the first days I hurdle over the seasons. Today I thought we would just be doing drills, but then I got a nice surprise when we got to go over 2 hurdles!!! It felt so amazing, Im going to be in a good mood for days. lazy summer
I've been so lazy lately, I have barely been running, and I have not been lifting. Good to know that I spent $100 for a Cardinal membership and I don't even use it. Im going to really really try and make myself go today. wow I got in at 11:20, thats late for my lame self. I went bowling with Katie and Pat, and wow I suck!! haha I'll stick with running for my sport... after that we went through McDonalds and got the awesome 99 cent oceans of coke.
