As I was driving to an interview in Bum Fuck Egypt North Carolina the other day, I was wondering if I really had any place driving from my urban house to teach at a rural high school. As I was pondering this question, I drove by a DG store, and thought the universe was telling me that it would be OK.

I know you didn't put that store there, but I saw it and thought of you and wondered how you were coping with being away from Mary. Didn't get a chance to post about it, but I thought I'd better confess to having fond thoughts about you from afar before I got too distracted.
