back in oregon
So I'm back and feeling particularly trapped by not having a car since I had one and drove it frequently back in California. Also, I had friends at home. Maybe I will have Jon try to teach me to drive a stick again, despite my excessive fear of manuals. But even if I could drive I don't know where I'd drive to. It's not like I have money to burn.

I'm glad you got back safely. I'm totally feeling you on the job thing. I'm now broke too. I'm eyeing a jar of quarters I've got on my bookshelf, wondering if I could trade them with my dad for bills (he likes to have quarters so he can buy his 2 newspapers every day). But you know you're desperate when you look at change, and think ooh yeah, that's money too, will a place take that as payment?!?. :-p I even started on a job app, though I only got partway through the cover letter. I hope enough people sign up for your classes. Tell me how it goes. And stay warm! Its been cold up there.
